I have been baking ever since I was old enough to use a stove. As a child, I took delight in browsing through my mom’s cookbook. The very first dessert I created from that book was lemon bars. After one bite of its creamy, custard-like sweetness, it was over. That was the moment I fell in love with baking, and the dream was birthed to have my own baking business. Years would pass before my dream was realized. I finally launched Sweet Bouquet Bakery which offers delicious vegan desserts that even non-vegans would enjoy.   


When people eat my desserts, I want them to feel a sense of comfort and happiness. And for those who are trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I want them to have access to scrumptious treats without feeling like they’ve faltered in their decision to eat healthy.


I’ve come a long way since my first batch of lemon bars. My dream has come full circle. Maybe one day others will decide to recreate one of my desserts, and it will inspire them like the lemon bars did for me.
