How much of an advance notice do I give when requesting an order?
A 2 day notice is required when requesting goods. For larger orders, a 7 day notice is needed.
Is a deposit required when placing an order?
After the Sweet Bouquet Bakery representative and customer have discussed and confirmed the order and price, payment must be received in full before the goods are created.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
Where can I meet to pick up my order?
Sweet Bouquet Bakery will deliver goods to Richmond, Chesterfield and Petersburg customers. A representative of Sweet Bouquet Bakery and the customer will discuss and decide on a safe location to exchange goods when order is placed.
What if I am late or don’t arrive to pick up my order?
Money for goods will not be refunded if the customer does not arrive to pick up order. If the customer is 15 minutes late for pick-up, the driver will leave and money will not be refunded.
What are your delivery hours?
Delivery hours are Mon-Fri 8am-6 pm. (No major holidays)
PAYMENT
What types of payment do you accept?
The following payment methods are accepted: Venmo, Paypal, Cash app, debit cards and credit cards (including American Express).
REFUNDS

Do you give refunds?
No refunds are given once payment has been received.
Do you give refunds if goods are damaged after they have been delivered?
Sweet Bouquet Bakery will not be held responsible for any damage that incurs after the goods have been delivered.

1 The name of the pastry you would like to purchase.
2. The number of items you are requesting.
3. The date when you would like the items.
4. Please include your name, email address, and a contact number you can be reached and we will personally contact you to go over your requested details and place your order.
